Privacy

NAXAR is a free game for everyone, including kids. We collect as little as we can and never sell data.

The short version

• No account is needed. We never ask for an email, a phone number, a real name, a photo or a birthday.
• Your best times, settings and language stay in your browser’s local storage.
• There is no chat.
• Clips of your runs are made on your device. They leave it only if you share them yourself.
• No advertising trackers and no session recorders.

What stays on your device

Your best time and stars for each cave, how many times you have visited, your settings (sound, vibration, quality, language) and a random device id. Clearing your browser’s site data deletes all of it.

What reaches our servers

If the game is connected to our shared player service, it sends a random device id, which screens you opened and which buttons you tapped, and your times for the leaderboards. Never names, typed text or anything personal. Our hosting providers process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and to stop abuse, under their own policies.

Ads

Where ads appear, they are only shown between caves, never during play, and are not personalised for players under 13 or players whose age we do not know.

Children

We do not ask for or knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Parents can ask us to delete anything tied to their child’s device id at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete anything we hold by writing to hello@paintball.ai. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to complain to your data protection authority.
